Kicked Up Deviled Eggs

​ 6 large hard-boiled eggs (cut in half) 2 tablespoons mayonnaise 1 1/2 tablespoons sweet dill or dill pickle relish 1 teaspoon prepared mustard 1/8 teaspoon "El Jefe" or "Sriracha" salts Dash of cracked black pepper 1 teaspoon paprika Scoop cooked yolks out of the egg white halves using a spoon Mix all ingredients Spoon mix into eggs Garnish with "El Jefe" or "Sriracha" craft salts Serve Chilled

Bourbon Old Fashioned

Bourbon Old Fashioned ​ 1 teaspoon granulated sugar (or 1 sugar cube) 2 to 3 dashes bitters (Angostura is traditional & works well) 2 ounces Bourbon or Rye Whiskey Orange peel and maraschino cherry, to garnish Add sugar to glass, mix well with whiskey and bitters. Add ice & garnish. Use our "Bourbon" craft salt on the rim as an added garnish! ​

Sriracha Bloody Mary

Sriracha Bloody Mary ​ 2 ounces tomato juice or mary mixer 1 1/2 ounces Vodka 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce 3/4 teaspoon freshly grated horseradish 3 dashes hot sauce, such as Tabasco 1 pinch "El Jefe" or "Sriracha" craft salt 1 dash freshly ground black pepper About 1 cup ice cubes 1/4 teaspoon lemon/lime juice 1 stalk celery for garnish Green olive skewered for garnish 1 lemon/ 1 lime wedge for garnish Mix all Rim the glass with lime juice and roll in "Sriracha" salt!
