Ingredients: 1 tbl olive oil 4 tbl butter 1/2 lb bacon, diced 2.5 lb large diced beef (sirloin, stew, chuck, etc.) 1/2 tbl SIDEWAYS MERLOT WINE SALT 1/4 tbl black pepper 2 carrots peeled and sliced diagonally (or bias cut) 1 yellow onion, sliced 1/4 cup minced garlic 2 cups red wine (I prefer a Pino Noir) 4 cups beef broth or stock 1 tbl tomato paste 1 tsp thyme, chopped 4 tbl flour 2 cup fresh mushrooms, sliced 2 tbl fresh parsley, chopped Instructions: Heat oil in a large soup or stock pot. Ingredients: 4 tbl butter 1 medium yellow or white onion, diced 1 carrot, peeled and diced 1 stalk celery, diced 4 cloves garlic, peeled and minced 3 tbl flour 4-6 cups chicken broth or stock 2 tbl tomato paste 2 large cans fire roasted, diced tomatoes 2 tsp granulated sugar 1/4 cup heavy cream 1/2 tbl EL JEFE Garlic Habanero craft salt 1/4 tbl black pepper Instructions: In a large soup pot melt 2 tbl butter. Add onion, carrot, celery and garlic. Cook over medium heat until soft. Add flour, stir until the veggies are well coated. Add diced tomatoes, tomato paste, chicken broth/stock and sugar. El Jefe Grilled Shrimp

Ingredients: 2 lb peeled & deveined shrimp 2 cloves garlic, crushed 2 tsp lemon juice 2 tbl extra virgin olive oil 1 tsp paprika 1/2 tsp cayenne 1 tsp EL JEFE Garlic Habanero craft salt 1/2 tsp ground black pepper Instructions: Preheat Grill. Crush garlic with EL JEFE Garlic Habanero craft salt. Mix in cayenne, paprika, black pepper. Stir in olive oil and lemon juice until mixture turns into a paste. Toss shrimp in the paste mixture. Lightly oil grill grate, cook shrimp on high heat 2-3 minutes until pink on both sides. Serve with pasta, over rice, on skewers or as a finger food appetizer!
