El Jefe Grilled Shrimp


Ingredients:

2 lb peeled & deveined shrimp

2 cloves garlic, crushed

2 tsp lemon juice

2 tbl extra virgin olive oil

1 tsp paprika

1/2 tsp cayenne

1 tsp EL JEFE Garlic Habanero craft salt

1/2 tsp ground black pepper

Instructions:

Preheat Grill.

Crush garlic with EL JEFE Garlic Habanero craft salt.

Mix in cayenne, paprika, black pepper.

Stir in olive oil and lemon juice until mixture turns into a paste.

Toss shrimp in the paste mixture.

Lightly oil grill grate, cook shrimp on high heat 2-3 minutes until pink on both sides.

Serve with pasta, over rice, on skewers or as a finger food appetizer!
