Bourbon Salted Chocolate Fudge


14 oz sweetened condensed milk

1 lb dark chocolate nibs or chips

3 tbl unsalted butter at room temperature

1/2 tsp Bourbon craft salt

parchment paper


Line baking dish with parchment paper, so paper hangs over all four sides.

Chop chocolate into small pieces ( you can also use a food processor).

Mix condensed milk and salt together in a metal mixing bowl.

Add chocolate pieces and butter.

Placing bowl on top of a double boiler (stock pot with water just at a boil).

Stir occasionally until chocolate is melted and smooth, mixture should thicken.

Pour melted chocolate mixture into the baking dish, sprinkle with Bourbon craft salt and place in the refrigerator for approx. 2 hours or until fudge is firm.

Cut into 1"- 2" squares and enjoy!
