El Jefe Steak Rub

Ingredients:

3 cloves garlic, minced

2 tsp El Jefe Garlic Habanero craft salt

1 1/2 tsp paprika

1 1/2 tsp cumin

1 1/2 tsp ground corriander

1 tsp black pepper

1/2 tsp ground cinnamon

1/4 tsp ground cloves

1 tbl olive oil

2-3 lb skirt, flank, or tri tip steak

Directions:

In a food processor, blend the olive oil and minced garlic until a paste forms.

In a separate bowl, combine all the dry spices.

Whisk in the oil/garlic paste.

Rub meat down and allow to marinate a minimum of two hours.

Grill to desired temperature, we prefer a mid-rare 130 degrees.

Allow meat to rest approx. 10 minutes.

Slice against the grain and serve!
