Spicy Citrus Ginger Tuna Poke

Ingredients:
1 lb sashimi grade ahi or yellow fin tuna steak
1/4 cp mayonnaise
2 tbl Sriracha sauce
2 tsp sesame oil
2 tsp soy sauce
1 tsp granulated sugar
1 tsp Citrus Ginger Craft Salt
2 green onions, sliced
Directions:
Diced raw tuna into 1/4" pieces or smaller.
Mix together all ingredients.
Toss diced tuna in sauce mixture.
Allow to sit for at least 30 minutes.
Enjoy with chips, lettuce leaves, or all by itself!
