2 cans garbanzo beans "Ghost" Ghost Pepper Garlic Salt 1/2 tsp black pepper 1/2 tsp garlic powder 1 tsp lemon juice 1/2 tbl chopped parlsey Thoroughly drain garbanzo beans in a colander. Pat dry with a paper towel. Toss beans in salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Lay out on sheet pan in single layer. Bake 425 for 15-20 minutes or until beans become crispy. Sprinkle cooked beans with lemon juice, "Ghost" Ghost Pepper Garlic Salt, and parsley. Ninja beans vanish!

El Jefe Fried Chicken

1 whole chicken broke down into 10 pc. (or pre-cut chicken pieces, your preference) 1 qt. buttermilk 2 tsp thyme 2 tsp paprika 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper 2 tsp black pepper 2 tsp El Jefe Garlic Habanero Salt -------- 4 cups flour 1 tbl thyme 1 tbl paprika 1 tsp cayenne pepper 1/2 tbl black pepper 1/2 tbl El Jefe Garlic Habanero Salt neutral oil like vegetable or canola oil for frying Mix buttermilk, thyme, paprika, cayenne, salt and pepper. Soak chicken pieces over night (preferably) or for a few hours. When ready to fry, mix dry ingredients. Place chicken pieces in colander to drain, do not pat chicken dry, the buttermilk will help the flour adhere to the meat. Heat oil to 360 degrees, once the

El Jefe Elote

3 fresh corn cobs 1 ripe tomato 1/2 cup fresh chopped cilantro 3/4 cup crumbled queso fresco 2 tbl melted butter 2 tsp El Jefe Garlic Habanero Salt 1 tsp ground black pepper 1/4 cup chopped fresh jalapeno 1/4 cup sliced green onions 2 tbl sour cream 1 whole avocado, peeled, pitted, sliced Mix El Jefe Garlic Habanero salt with melted butter and black pepper. Grilled fresh corn on high heat, baste with El Jefe butter, until corn starts to color. Shave grilled corn into bowl. Top with tomato, avocado, queso, cilantro, green onion and garnish with sour cream. Sprinkle with El Jefe and Enjoy!

Bourbon Salty Gold Cocktail

1 tsp honey 2 oz bourbon whiskey 1 tbl fresh squeezed lemon juice 1/4 tsp Bourbon Salt crushed ice club soda (to finish) Lemon slice for garnish 1 tbl Bourbon Craft Salt (to rim glass) Rim glass with lemon wedge and Bourbon Salt. Mix Bourbon whiskey, lemon juice and honey, stir until honey dissolves. Stir in 1/4 tsp Bourbon Salt. Pour over ice, add club soda. Garnish glass with lemon slice. Enjoy!
