Bourbon Salty Gold Cocktail

Ingredients:

1 tsp honey

2 oz bourbon whiskey

1 tbl fresh squeezed lemon juice

1/4 tsp Bourbon Salt

crushed ice

club soda (to finish)

Lemon slice for garnish

1 tbl Bourbon Craft Salt (to rim glass)

Instructions:

Rim glass with lemon wedge and Bourbon Salt.

Mix Bourbon whiskey, lemon juice and honey, stir until honey dissolves.

Stir in 1/4 tsp Bourbon Salt.

Pour over ice, add club soda.

Garnish glass with lemon slice.
