El Jefe Elote


3 fresh corn cobs

1 ripe tomato

1/2 cup fresh chopped cilantro

3/4 cup crumbled queso fresco

2 tbl melted butter

2 tsp El Jefe Garlic Habanero Salt

1 tsp ground black pepper

1/4 cup chopped fresh jalapeno

1/4 cup sliced green onions

2 tbl sour cream

1 whole avocado, peeled, pitted, sliced


Mix El Jefe Garlic Habanero salt with melted butter and black pepper.

Grilled fresh corn on high heat, baste with El Jefe butter, until corn starts to color.

Shave grilled corn into bowl.

Top with tomato, avocado, queso, cilantro, green onion and garnish with sour cream.

Sprinkle with El Jefe and Enjoy!
