Paddy's Irish Pepper Soup
2 yellow bell peppers 2 orange bell peppers 2 red bell peppers 1/2 cup diced carrot 1 cup diced white or yellow onion 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley or green onion for garnish 1 tbl minced garlic 1 qt chicken or veggie stock/broth 1 cup heavy cream 2 tbl butter or oil 1 cup flour 1 tbl "El Jefe" Garlic Habanero Craft Salt Instructions:
Sauté onion, carrot and peppers. Add garlic, cooked until soft. Add flour, coat sautéed veggies. Pour in stock or broth, bring to a boil.
Simmer for approx. 20min. Purée until smooth.
Add "El Jefe" Garlic Habanero Craft Salt and Black pepper. Whisk in heavy cream.
Garnish with fresh parsley or green onion.
