3-4 overripe peaches
1/2 cup butter
2 tbls honey
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1 tsp Citrus Ginger craft salts.
Whipped cream, vanilla ice cream, or whipped ricotta to top it off.
Fresh Mint to garnish.
Cut and pit peaches.
In a small sauce pan combine butter, honey, spices, and salt.
Lay peaches cut side down on grill.
Cook cut side down until grill marked and hot.
Flip peaches and brush with honey butter.
Lower grill temp to low and close the lid.
Cook peaches until butter caramelizes on top.
Brush again with honey butter and remove.
Top with the whipped cream, ice cream, or ricotta whatever you prefer.
